This is the privacy policy for the MyDental Implant Records service (“Service”) provided by RAF Enterprising Inc. (the “Provider”).  This document explains Provider’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.  Provider abides by applicable privacy legislation.

The Information we collect

The Service is used by dental professionals to store and provide information about dental implants.  Dental professionals may place patient information on the Service.  Dental professional use and sharing of patient information is subject to their privacy and professional responsibilities, and not this policy.

The Provider collects information used for login and authentication purposes, and information that dental professionals and patients provide when registering for and using the Service.

How we use this information

The Provider uses this information only to provide the Services.

Provider may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

Who we share this information with

Provider does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.  Provider may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Provider’s uses disclosed herein.

Security

Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing information

Individuals may review their personal information contained in Provider files by contacting the Provider privacy officer.  If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

General

Provider may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.  If such amendments affect how Provider uses or discloses personal information already held by Provider in a material way, Provider will obtain consent.

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
