How do I add a new Member Role to my account?

To request a new Member account for your Practice:

• Login to your MyDentalImplantRecords account
• Go to the Help icon in the top-right corner of the page and Request a New Member
• Complete the form with your Member’s details. Submit the form.

Your team member will receive an email invitation to activate their account within 24hrs of the request.  The email invitation will be sent to the email address provided in the request form.

Please note: only one request will be accepted per Practitioner.
